A commercial leader with 25+ years building and growing retail, FMCG and travel-retail businesses across the United Kingdom, Europe, Turkey, the Middle East and North Africa.
His career combines deep UK board-level experience at Tesco PLC with first-hand knowledge of the Turkish market, having led commercial, merchandising and procurement organisations at scale for global blue-chip companies including Unilever, Tesco and Gebr. Heinemann.
He is recognised for turning strategy into sustained commercial results — top-line growth, margin expansion and operating-model redesign across multi-country businesses. Through TempusRetail, he now advises international retailers, investors and consultancies, with particular focus on UK and cross-border retail operations.
